Engr (Alh.) Abdul-Azeez Babalola-Adubi was a Governing Council Member of Federal Polytechnic, Kaura Namoda between November 1984 and January 1986. At Oshogbo Steel Rolling Company Limited, he was the Assistant General Manager (Production) between November 1988 and May 1991, Assistant General Manager (Commerce) between May 1991 and August 1992, Deputy General Manager (Commerce) between August 1992 and May 1994 and Deputy General Manager (Production) between May 1994 and 31st May 2003.
He was the Chairman,Governing Council, Osun State College of Technology Esa-Oke between December 2000 and May 29th, 2003. Engr (Alh.) Abdul-Azeez Babalola-Adubi is a member of many professional body among which are Nigerian Society of Engineers (N.S.E) and Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He was a Corporate Member (M.N.S.E)in 1983. He became Fellow (F.N.S.E ) in 1995.
He was the Secretary NSE (Osogbo Branch) between 1985 and 1986,Chairman, NSE (Osogbo Branch) between 1987 and 1988, National Executive Council Member between 1985 and 1993 and Assistant National Treasurer between 1992 and 1993.
Engr (Alh.) Abdul-Azeez Babalola-Adubi became COREN Registred Member in 1984 and he was a Governing Council between September 2002 and August 2004.
He has many merit awards to his credit among which are:
* Award by Nigerian Society of Engineers, Osogbo Branch for Branch Service in March 1995,
* Award in recognition of Contribution to Engineering in January 2001
* Award for Felicitation-Retirement from Public Service in November 2003.
He also has many merit Awards in recognition of his contribution to Islam among which are:
* Award in recognition of service for development of Al-Islam by Academy of Islamic Propagation International (ACADIP) in December 2002
* Award for meritorious service and contribution to the development of Islam by Federation of Muslim Women Association in Nigeria (FOMWAN) in 2006.
Engr (Alh.) Abdul-Azeez Babalola-Adubi is happily married with five children.
Engr (Alh.) Abdul-Azeez Babalola-Adubi, hails from Ilobu in Irepodun Local Government. He had his secondary education at Remo Secondary School, Sagamu between 1962 and 1966. He completed National Certificate in Education (N.C.E) in Mathematics/Physics from College of Education, University of Lagos between 1967 and 1970.
At Faculty of Engineering, University of Lagos, he completed B.Sc (Hons) Mechanical Engineering between 1971 and 1974. Engr Abdul-Azeez Babalola-Adubi was a Class teacher at Baptist Grammar School, Idi-Isin, Ibadan between June 1970 and September 1971, Pupil Engineer at Kanji Lake Research Institute, New Bussa between August 1974 and July 1975, Pupil Engineer at NEPA Power Station, Ijora , Lagos between October 1975 and February 1976, Engineer II-Principal Engineer (Mechanical Maintenance) at Ajaokuta Steel Company Ltd
